“We cannot speak enough to how amazing Jodie and Linda were as we transitioned. The training courses were easy to follow and having them recorded was great for playback when we needed some assistance,” says McIntosh. 

Questions came up, as they often do, during the transition from Onsemble, but the Nconnect team was available to answer them. 

“Jodie has been quick to answer any follow up questions we had as well as checking in a consistent basis to ensure we were happy with the site,” enthuses McIntosh. 

After seamlessly moving to Nconnect, Riverview CU began using the Library feature, which simplifies sorting and finding content. 

“I appreciate the fact it stores everything in one convenient location, breaks it down by folders, and staff have the ability to create their own favorites column for documents they use frequently,” says McIntosh.

Riverview CU employees also enjoy the seamless user interface, which organizes all their needed info in a seamless UI “without feeling cluttered or distracting.”

The Results

Thanks to Riverview CU’s commitment to transitioning to Nconnect and ample support and training courses, the institution is reaping the benefits of a new “user friendly and easily navigated” centralized communication platform.
