  • If I am registered for Ngage do I also need to register for Nstruct?

    We have two registration types this year! Ngage + Nstruct October 10-12 or Ngage October 11 & 12 - register here.

  • What is included with the conference registration price?

    The current pricing for Ngage is $725, Ngage+Nstruct is $1150.  Your registration includes access to all keynote sessions as well as break-out sessions, all meals during the event, and evening entertainment and receptions on Monday evening and Tuesday evening. Please note, it does not cover your hotel or travel, so please make your hotel arrangements using our room block, should you choose, and make your own flight or other travel arrangements.

  • What precautions are being taken regarding COVID-19 for the conference?

    We are following all CDC, state, and local guidelines as we prepare to host this year’s conference and will continue to update you as we get closer to the event.

  • When should I plan to arrive and depart from Newport Beach, CA?

    The Ngage conference will begin with Nstruct, a full-day of hands-on training October 10. You'll work alongside our product specialists to learn essential best practices and how-tos for our products' most advanced features. Our welcome reception will take place on Monday evening, October 10. The conference will continue Tuesday, October 11 with general sessions, break-out sessions, and an evening cruise and will conclude late afternoon Wednesday, October 12.

  • What is the attire for the user conference?

    The attire for Ngage and Nstruct is business casual. Temperatures in October in Newport Beach can still be quite warm but of course hotel meeting rooms never seem to quite get the temperature right—so dress in layers and be comfortable. Evenings out are casual attire.

  • What if I need to cancel my registration?

    A full refund will be provided if received in writing 45 days prior to the event. Within 45 days, attendees will be given the option to transfer their registration to the 2023 conference or send a substitute attendee. If cancellation is required due to COVID-19, please email us at info@ncontracts.com.

  • Will I receive continuing education credits for attending?

    Ngage 2022 will not only be packed with hours of fun, but also hours of education! The program has been submitted and approved by ABA for 4.5 CAFP credits, 9.5 CERP credits, 9.5 CFMP credits, and 9.5 CRCM credits. ABA Professional Certifications is dedicated to promoting the highest standards of performance and ethics within the financial services industry. This statement is not an endorsement of this program or its sponsor. Certified professionals will report these credits at aba.csod.com. Additionally, ICBA accepts the certificate of attendance and copy of the agenda for their certifications. For our Credit Union clients, NAFCU doesn't pre-approve programs for continuing education credits.
