- Michael Berman, Founder & CEO

Mandy Cox
SVP Compliance Officer, MIDFLORIDA Credit Union

As a client with several of the solutions, it is so important to attend Ngage. The networking alone is valuable. This is the second time I have attended and I left with a wealth of information and knowledge regarding the solutions we use.

Judy Kirkland
EVP Audit & Training Manager, R Bank

Ngage and Nstruct are both excellent. The information that you receive from the Ncontracts team members are excellent; the conference is small enough that you can network and remember people from previous years that you can brainstorm with.

Business Operations Specialist, BayFirst Financial (Bank)

Ngage provided a plethora of valuable information that I was able to bring and implement in our vendor management program. I would recommend the conference to every user of Ncontracts.

Karen Stewart
EVP Chief Compliance Officer, Bank3

The overall session speakers were engaging and relevant. The breakout sessions were hands on and allowed you to connect with those at Ncontracts that you speak to regularly and meet others from around the country that could share best practices at their institutions.

Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum

First opened in 1967, The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum has been called the “Smithsonian of country music,” celebrated for its broad cultural impact, educational mission, and unrivaled collection of historically important artifacts related to country music. The Museum now encompasses 350,000 square feet of exhibition galleries, archival storage, retail stores, and event space. In addition, the Museum offers the Taylor Swift Education Center for students, teachers, and families, and dedicated performance spaces in the CMA Theater and Ford Theater, both of which regularly host nationally recognized live music and cultural events. FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Ngage 2025

If I am registered for Ngage 2025 do I also need to register for Nstruct?

No, this year we have a single pass available for purchase! Ngage will include even more Nstruct sessions as part of our new experience tracks. Your Ngage ticket covers all conference activities and meals taking place October 20-22, 2025.

When should I plan to arrive and depart from Nashville, TN?

We encourage you to arrive on Sunday, October 19 and depart the evening of Wednesday, October 22. Programming will begin bright and early on Monday and our final session(s) will run through Wednesday afternoon. The conference hotel is extending our room discount (based on availability) if you would like to leave on Thursday, October 23, or even enjoy Nashville through the weekend.

What is the attire for the user conference?

The attire for Ngage and Nstruct is business casual – feel free to wear jeans! Temperatures in the Fall in Nashville can still be quite warm but of course hotel meeting rooms never seem to quite get the temperature right—so dress in layers and be comfortable. Evenings out are casual attire.

What is included with the conference registration price?

Ngage 2025 pricing depends on when you register - so register early to ensure the best price! From April 1 - June 1 early pricing is $1,279. From June 2 until the event, regular price tickets are $1,599. Your registration includes access to all hands-on training, keynote sessions, break-out sessions, all meals during the event, entertainment, and receptions on Monday and Tuesday evenings. Please note, it does not cover your hotel or travel, so please make your hotel arrangements using our room block, should you choose, and make your own flight or other travel arrangements.

Can I bring a guest to the evening activities?

Guests are invited to attend the Tuesday evening activity with a pre-purchased ticket.  The ticket costs $199 and will cover entertainment, dinner, drinks, and transportation. We have a limited number of guest passes, on a first come first served basis.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be provided if a cancellation notice is received in writing at least 45 days prior to the event. If notice is received within 45 days of the event, attendees will be given the option to transfer the registration to the 2026 conference or send a substitute attendee.

Will I receive continuing education credits for attending?

Ngage 2025 will be not only be packed with hours of fun, but also hours of education! Ngage 2025 will be submitted to ABA for accreditation approval.  Certified professionals will report these credits at aba.csod.com. Additionally, ICBA accepts the certificate of attendance and copy of the agenda for their certifications.  For our Credit Union clients, America's Credit Unions doesn't pre-approve programs for continuing education credits; however, in years past, Credit Union clients have been successful at getting credit by sending the agenda directly to NAFCU (now part of America's Credit Unions).
