Out & About

Nashville likes to work hard, but it also knows how to kick back and have a good time once the lights go down! And this year’s Ngage conference will be no different. In addition to the great networking opportunities and educational sessions, we’ve got a lot of fun in store for y’all as well!

Monday Night: Welcome Reception

What better way to get Ngage started than by reuniting with old friends and meeting new ones? It’s been two years since we’ve seen everyone, so we’ll start things off with a great welcome reception at the JW Marriott before we send you all out into the evening. But don’t stay out too late—we begin bright and early the next day!

Tuesday Night: Johnny Cash Bar & BBQ

After a full day of learning we know you’ll be ready to put on your boots and dancing shoes! And where better to celebrate Ngage 2021 than with the Man in Black himself! Join us for a night of food, music, history, and some line dancing as we take over Johnny Cash’s Bar & BBQ right on Broadway for the evening. From spending time with one-of-a-kind memorabilia to listening to country music’s rising stars, you’re in for a great evening!

Frequently asked questions

After such a long break from live events we’re sure you have questions—we’ve tried to compile some answers for you here—but if you have a question you don’t see, please email us at clientsuccess@ncontracts.com and we’ll respond to you ASAP!

Q. If I am registered for Nstruct do I also need to register for Ngage?

A. Yes! The two events, while running concurrently, are separate and have separate registration fees. You may register for Nstruct Nashville and for the Ngage conference.

Q. What precautions are being taken regarding COVID-19 for the conference?
A. We are following all CDC, state, and local guidelines as we prepare to host this year’s conference. With vaccination rates in Davidson County and Nashville climbing the restrictions on wearing masks and social distancing have been lifted. We will update our guidance as needed, and want everyone to feel safe and comfortable, so we will provide additional masks and social distancing seating for those attendees who require these extra measures.

Q. When should I plan to arrive and depart from Nashville?
A. The Ngage conference will begin with our welcome reception on Monday evening, September 27th. The conference itself will begin the morning of Tuesday, September 28th, and conclude on the afternoon of Wednesday, September 29th. We are also holding our Nstruct user training event on Monday, September 27th as well, so if you plan on attending that as well as the Ngage conference we recommend checking-in on Sunday, September 26th as the training sessions will begin first thing on Monday morning!

Q. What is the attire for the user conference?
A. The attire for Ngage and Nstruct is business casual. Temperatures in late September in Nashville can still be quite warm but of course hotel meeting rooms never seem to quite get the temperature right—so dress in layers and be comfortable. Evenings out are casual attire, if you have cowboy boots you’re encouraged to bring them!

Q. What is included with the conference registration price?
A. Your registration includes access to all keynote sessions as well as break-out sessions, all meals during the event, and evening entertainment and receptions on Monday evening and Tuesday evening. Importantly, it does not cover your hotel or travel, so please make your hotel arrangements using our room block if you’d like and make your own flight or other travel arrangements.

Q. What if I need to cancel due to COVID-19 / Delta?

A.A full refund will be provided if received 45 days prior to event. Within 45 days, attendees will have the option of receiving a full refund or sending a substitute attendee.

Q. Can I get continuing education credits for attending?

A.  ABA Professional Certifications is dedicated to promoting the highest standards of performance and ethics within the financial services industry. Ngage 2021 has been approved for 4.5 CAFP, 10.75 CERP, 12 CRCM credits. This statement is not an endorsement of this program or its sponsor. Certified professionals will report these credits at aba.csod.com. For our Credit Union clients, NAFCU doesn't pre-approve programs for continuing education credits. However Credit Union clients have been successful getting credit by sending the agenda directly to NAFCU.
