Ncontracts^® starts with industry leading web based contract management software.  Our premier software is hosted at Tier 4 data center and provides users with the ability to create customized summaries, alert notifications, and labels for our client’s agreements. Clients can create subsidiary organizations within Ncontracts^®  to manage agreements under each legal entity.  Clients can utilize analytical tools to create comments, log recommended language, rate the importance of provisions, and record the economic impact, these features provide our clients with the ability to reduce expenses, enhance profitability, and improve internal efficiencies by effectively managing their contracts. Ncontracts Core^® does not provide paralegal review of agreements, but does provide clients that have internal resources for implementation with a robust platform for managing agreements.

Ndocuments™

Ncontracts Core^® includes access to Ndocuments™ which provides each client with the ability to store form agreements, supporting documentation, and other files with customizable labels to make retrieval fast and efficient. Clients can restrict user access by division to particular documents. Ndocuments™ provides clients with the ability to store the correct version of their agreements and other documents in accessible secure online environment to decrease administrative costs and reduce errors in contract generation.
