Agreement Processing
Network Contract Solutions provides outsourced processing of additional agreements at any time after the initial implementation. For example, if your business acquires a company, then you may wish to utilize our extended contract implementation services and have our paralegals add all of the acquisition agreements to your existing Ncontracts® database.
Agreement Confirmation
If you are concerned with determining whether or not your business has all the necessary agreements from its vendors, Network Contract Solutions provides a turnkey confirmation service to review and document this issue. We begin by obtaining the names and contact information from payable accounts identified in your accounting system. We then compare this list of payables to the contracts for your business stored within Ncontracts™. For all payables without an agreement within the Ncontracts™ system, we will contact the vendor to obtain a copy of the agreement or to confirm that no agreement exists. Network Contract Solutions will report all of the results back to you.
